These are usually 7-10 week programs and in our sessions, we will go over in very specific detail; your health history, a thorough health assessment and I will provide you with a highly detailed Wellness Plan just for you. The plan will offer tools and practices based on the principles of Traditional Medicine, Integrative Medicine, Science, Nutrition, the Chakra System, Metaphysics and so much more.
Food therapy and herbal consultation

In this consult, 1-2 specific health concerns are discussed, and health objectives are determined. This meeting is designed specifically to get you started on an herbal and supplement protocol. The advice given is based on Eastern Nutrition principles, combined with Western Nutrition fundamentals. A custom Wellness Plan is provided. Products are an additional cost.
